Send It Chef! is a subscription web app for producing food prep labels. Accounts are created per venue; each venue's managers control their own products, categories, allergens and staff accounts.

Access is licensed per venue for the agreed subscription period. Logins must not be shared with other venues or businesses. We monitor label volumes and device counts per venue and may suspend access where sharing or non-payment occurs.

New venues may be offered a 30-day free trial, arranged directly with us. No payment is taken during the trial and no card details are held. When the trial ends, access is suspended automatically unless a paid subscription has been agreed. Products, categories and settings entered during the trial are kept, so nothing needs re-entering if you continue.

Trial venues get full use of the labelling app and the built-in starter library of categories, allergens and products, with no limit on printing labels from it. Trial venues may add a maximum of 20 of their own products on top of that starter library; the starter items themselves do not count towards this limit. The limit is lifted as soon as a paid subscription starts. Editing or deleting products only affects your own venue's data — it never changes another venue's products or the shared starter library used for new sign-ups.

The subscription covers use of the Send It Chef! software only. Label printers, label rolls and any other hardware or consumables are not included in the subscription fee unless separately agreed in writing.

Where a printer is loaned to you for a trial or evaluation, it remains our property. It must be kept in good working order, used only at the agreed venue, and returned in its original condition within 14 days of the trial ending or of the loan being withdrawn — unless you have separately agreed to purchase it. You are responsible for loss or damage while the equipment is in your care, and for supplying your own label rolls unless we have agreed otherwise. We give no warranty on loaned or third-party hardware; manufacturer warranties apply.

The app helps you produce labels from the shelf life and allergen information your team enters. Your venue remains fully responsible for the accuracy of that information, for checking every printed label, and for compliance with food safety and allergen law. Do not rely on the app as your sole food safety control.

Do not attempt to access another venue's data, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

We aim to keep the service available and offline-capable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, printer compatibility, or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for food waste, spoilage, fines or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
